Customer Ratings and Reviews Terms (“Terms”)

These Terms, the Cosmo Prof Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”), and the Cosmo Prof Privacy Policy for the US or Canada (as applicable, “Privacy Policy”) govern your conduct associated with the Customer Ratings and Review service offered by Beauty Systems Group LLC (“BSG”). To the extent of any conflict between these Terms and the Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, these Terms control with respect to the Customer Ratings and Review service.

Suggestions for submitting content:

• Review one product at a time
• Focus on the product and your experience using it
• Provide details on why you liked or disliked the product
• If there is a customer service issue, please contact us here
• Don't share personal or other sensitive information – what you submit may become public without the ability to delete or revise it
• No profanity, discriminatory, or abusive language
• Don't share pricing or availability information – this can vary by location and change over time
• No soliciting or otherwise posting links or contact information

By submitting any content to BSG, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the sole author and the owner of the content, and such content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of another
• All "moral rights" that you may have in such content have been voluntarily waived by you
• All content is accurate and not misleading
• You are at least 18 years old
• Our use of the content you supply does not violate these Terms and will not cause injury to any person or entity
• You have not and will not be compensated for submitting such content
• You'll comply with the Suggestions listed above

You agree to indemnify and hold BSG (and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third party service providers, including but not limited to Bazaarvoice, Inc.), harmless from all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

For any content that you submit, you grant BSG a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.

All content that you submit may be used at BSG's sole discretion. BSG reserves the right to refuse to post, change, condense, or delete any content that BSG deems, in its sole discretion, to violate these Terms, applicable law, or for any other reason. BSG does not guarantee that you will have any recourse through the website or BSG to edit or delete any content you have submitted.

Ratings and reviews are generally posted within two to four business days. You acknowledge that you, not BSG, are responsible for the contents of your submission. None of the content that you submit is subject to any obligation of confidence.

By submitting your e-mail address in connection with your rating and review, you agree that BSG and its third party service providers may use your e-mail to contact you about the status of your review and other administrative purposes.
